Activitatea de recrutare şi evoluţia şomajului / The Recruiting Activity and the Unemployment Change Potrivit agentiei NewsIn si a portalului HotNews, la traditionalele burse generale de locuri de munca de dupa Sarbatorile pascale, organizate de agentiile teritoriale de ocupare a fortei de munca au participat 2.167 de firme care au oferit, in total, 26.259 de locuri de munca. Numarul total al participantilor inregistrati a fost de 46.982. Se remarca un aflux crescut de candidati si un numar mai scazut de firme participante. Deasemenea numarul de joburi pe total si pe firma participanta este in scadere fata de actiunile similare din anii trecuti. Peste 18.500 de persoane au fost selectate in vederea angajarii ulterioare, iar 2.047 de persoane au fost angajate pe loc. Din punct de vedere geografic, Principalele domenii in care s-au facut angajari pe loc sunt cel hotelier (277), administratie publica si aparare (177), agricultura si servicii auxiliare (154), fabricarea articolelor de imbracaminte (132), industrie alimentara (94), lucrari speciale de constructii (94), lucrari de geniu civil (82) si comertul cu amanuntul (71). Din punct de vedere al meseriilor, 183 de mecanici s-au angajat pe loc, pe urmatoarele locuri situându-se zidarii (112), dulgherii (68), cameristele (62), soferii (61), lacatusii mecanici (53), ospatarii (46), agentii de securitate (44), consilierii financiari (15), inginerii (14), directorii (8), economistii (3) si administratorii de hotel (2). In plus, au mai fost angajati imediat si 529 de muncitori necalificati. La inceputul anului, Ministerul Muncii estima ca numarul somerilor va ajunge la 525.000 la finalul lui 2009. Dupa discutiile cu reprezentantii FMI, ministrul Marian Sarbu anunta ca estimarile initiale ar putea fi depasite cu 200 -300 de mii, admitand astfel ca numarul somerilor ar putea ajunge in jurul cifrei de 800 de mii. La jumatatea lunii aprilie insa, Ministerul Muncii estima ca numarul somerilor ar putea ajunge, la sfarsitul lui 2009 la aproximativ 600.000. Dupa prabusirea regimului comunist din Romania, numarul maxim de someri a fost inregistrat in martie 1994 cu 1.291.000, iar minimul dupa 1991 a fost inregistrat in iunie 2008, cu 337.084 persoane.

They offered a total number of 26, 259 jobs whereas the total number of registered participants was 46, 982. We can notice an increased inflow of candidates and at the same time a reduced number of participating companies. In addition, the total number of jobs and the number of jobs per participating company is decreasing compared with similar events of the last years. More than 18, 500 people have been selected for the recruiting process and 2, 047 people have been hired on the spot. From the geographical point of view, the events have been taken place in 106 departmental and local employment agencies, whereas most of the available jobs have been in Bucharest (2, 623), Constanta (2, 194), Iasi (1, 561), Timis (923), Bacau (860) and Galati (837). Most of the on the spot recruiting has taken place in the departments of Constanta (353), Satu-Mare (342), Valcea (203), Teleorman (190), Botosani (171) and Hunedoara (134). The main fields in which the on the spot recruiting has taken place : hotels (277), public administration and defence (177), agriculture and related services (154), production of articles of clothing (132), food processing industry (94), special construction works (94), civil engineering works (82) and retailing (71). From the point of view of professions, 183 mechanics have been hired on the spot, followed by masons (112), woodsmen (68), housekeepers (62), drivers (61), locksmith mechanics (53), waiters (46), security agents (44), financial consulters (15), engineers (14), directors (8), economists (3) and hotel administrators (2). Moreover, 529 unqualified workers have also been hired on the spot. At the beginning of the year, the Minister of Labour has declared that the number of unemployed people would reach 525, 000 by the end of 2009. Following up the discussions with the IMF representatives, the minister Marian Sarbu has communicated that the initial estimates could be 200 - 300 thousand higher, at the same time admitting that the number of unemployed people could reach the number of 800 thousand.
